    It was a wonderful experience, but I must point out a situation that cannot be overlooked. The boat that took us to the submarine didn't have life jackets. The guide explained how to use them, but there was only one, and he used that one to give the explanation. There were about 60 people on board. This is not a minor issue, and there is a shared responsibility between those who take the tour and the tour operators who sell it.
